How to repair your Nokia phone from manufacturer

Is your phone not working, some trouble?

No worries if your phone still under Warranty period, isn't it?

Yet how can I send my phone to the manufacturer for repair by myself?

Well don't worry I'll explain to you, how to send your phone the correct way, without any third party involvement to the manufacturer service center.

First of all you need to check if your phone still under warranty period. You can check this with your Purchase date, normally warranty available for two years from the purchase date. But this can be different for some countries, Models. And if you can't find your Proof of purchase documents or not remember the date you bought your device, yet we can check the warranty availability online.

So let’s get started. Follow below steps.


  • Go to Nokia online portal, repair request tool https://nokia.ebuilder.com
  • If you get redirected to the Models page, you can continue from there.
  • If not redirected, Select your country from the available list of countries
  • But if your country not available, I'm afraid you cannot use the online tool, I can explain you another way here.
  • So, now you should be in the Model selecting page.
  • Select the correct model of your phone, you may make a mistake, don't worry still you can continue.
  • Once you selected the model, then now you in the 'What's wrong with your Nokia' page.
  • In here you need to pay attention to the list, Select the most suitable issue from the list matching your device issue.
  • And if you device need a repair for a Physical damage, this will make the repair center to send you a quotation after the inspection.
  • And the last, if the issue is with an accessory not the device, you need to follow these steps.
So now you've selected the correct issue category and the sub category, add the "additional details" and click next, then let’s proceed to the Next steps.

  • Ok now here in this page you need provide your IMIE number and click continue
  • Your IMIE will be validated to check if it’s under Warranty period
Don't know your IMIE?

You can find it in your Phone packaging box or follow below steps.
  1. Go to your phones dialer
  2. Enter *#06#
  3. Your IMEI number is the 15 digit number
  • If your IMIE under warranty you can proceed further from here to the next steps
  • If your IMIE not under warranty yet believe it’s under warranty and you've proof of purchase (Bills/Receipts), and then follow these steps to submit your order.
Ok Now we are at the final steps to submit a Normal repair order. Next let’s move on to the Address submitting steps.


Once your IMIE passed the validation, check the information show in the right side is correct with your device details. (Please refer the image below)



And go ahead and click this is my phone button.

Now you're in the shipping details adding page, where you should mention the Name and the address of you.

Make sure to submit a valid address as DHL validate your address to find a nearest service center of them to send some to pick your device.

Once you click the Continue button, you should receive a Confirmation email with Shipping labels, Documents and advises how to prepare your device to be sent for repair.
