Nokia How to track your phone repair status

So let's check how we can check the status of your order.

Follow below steps.

  • Go to https://nokia.ebuilder.com/
  • You should be in the "Does your product need repairing? " page, if not select the country from the list.
  • Now in the right top corner click the 'Track Repair' button.
  • Ok now here you need to provide Order Number (Which is in the order confirmation email sent to you by Nokia phone support)
  • And your email address, Then click continue
